Top 15 Cyclonic Vacuum Cleaners
for March 2023

A cyclonic vacuum cleaner (or cyclone vacuum cleaner) is a type of vacuum cleaner that uses a cyclone separator to filter dirt and other particles. The separator spins at high speed, throwing the dirt and dust into the trashcan. Cyclonic vacuum cleaners are said to be cleaner, quieter, and more efficient than traditional vacuum cleaners, as they use less power, generate less noise, and trap more dirt.

Cyclonic vacuum cleaners, which have been around for decades, are making a comeback. They're especially popular in Europe, where they have long been used. Recently, they've become more popular in the U.S., and cyclonic vacuum cleaners are easy to find online or in retail stores.

In the Different Guide Reviews Lab, we test cyclonic vacuum cleaners, evaluating performance, such as suction power, noise, and run time, as well as ease of use, such as ease of setup, power, and maneuverability. We also evaluate how each model filters and disposes of dust. Here are our picks for the best cyclonic vacuum cleaners of 2022.

Wopulite Hand Vacuum Cleaner Cordless Car Vacuum Cyclonic Suction HEPA Filters,LED Light,Lightweight Small Hand vac,Grey

Wopulite Hand Vacuum Cleaner Cordless Car Vacuum Cyclonic Suction HEPA Filters

by Wopulite

This vacuum costs less than $50, but the suction and battery life are comparable to many other cordless vacuums. A secondary floor brush attachment and 3-in-1 floor nozzle with crevice tool (brush, crevice, and upholstery tool) are included.

This is a powerful and versatile small hand vac that's as good at car cleaning as it is at vacuuming up crumbs in the kitchen. The first thing you'll notice when you pick it up is its weight. It's light and feels sleek, and the ergonomic handle makes it comfortable to use. The 2000mAh lithium ion battery charges quickly, and the LED power indicator makes it easy to tell when it's charged. This vacuum is very flexible. In addition to bundled tools like the long hose, long nozzle, brush nozzle, and an extra filter, it comes with a tangle-free release cord, a crevice tool, a dusting brush, and a height-adjustable crevice brush, so there's almost nothing you can't do. It's a smart choice for anyone who likes to do a little house cleaning now and then.

SOWTECH Stick Vacuum Cleaner, Multifunctional 6 in 1 Vaccum Cyclonic Suction System, 17000Pa Powerful Suction with 32Ft Cord, Handheld Corded Stick Vacuum for Home, Hard Floor, Pet Hair, Black

SOWTECH Stick Vacuum Cleaner

by SOWTECH

The SOWGTECH stick vacuum cleaner is not only the cheapest among all the models we tested, it also delivered the best performance. With powerful suction, a long power cord, and versatility, it's the best handheld vacuum for car cleaning and pet hair.

The SOWTECH vacuum cleaner, with its powerful suction and light weight, is ideal for cleaning hard-to-reach places, such as above your kitchen cabinets or handles. Unlike canister vacuums, this vacuum is easy to store, and you can use the wand to vacuum upholstery, curtains, and car interiors. The cyclonic technology on the cyclone and filter helps reduce the risk of clogging, and the vacuum comes with a 32-foot power cord, so you can clean large areas without unplugging. Unfortunately, the hose length isn't long enough to reach many corners, so you'll need to unplug and rearrange the furniture from time to time. We like that it has an on/off switch, and the LED lights on the machine indicate when the vacuum has collected dust, and the suction is strong. Suction isn't very strong on carpet, so you'll need to vacuum often, but vacuums on concrete floors are manageable, and the vacuum does a good job on couches and stairs, too.

BLACK+DECKER Bagless Canister Multi-Cyclonic Vacuum Cleaner with Anti-Allergen HEPA Filter, Corded 1,200 Watt Motor with Adjustable Suction, Large Cap.(3L) & Multiple Attachments, Gray (BDXCAV217G)

BLACK+DECKER Bagless Canister Multi-Cyclonic Vacuum Cleaner with Anti-Allergen HEPA Filter

by BLACK+DECKER

The BLACK+DECKER Bagless Canister Multi-Cyclonic Vacuum Cleaner is a great value for the price. It picks up dirt, dust, and pollens easily and it's lightweight so you can carry it from room to room.

This canister vacuum is big, powerful, and reasonably quiet for its size. It has the ability to clean nearly anything you throw at it, from carpets to floors, stairs, and even ceilings. It does a good job of soaking up dirt, dust, lint, hair, and pet dander, but it struggles a bit on small items like toys or crumbs. And it has a useful 21-foot cord, though that means you'll be forever wishing you could just plug it into a wall outlet rather than have to keep it in storage.

Vacmaster Bagless Canister Vacuum Portable Cyclonic Corded Vacuum Cleaner with Washable HEPA Filter & Automatic 16ft Cord Rewind Included 2.5L Dust Cup for Tiles

by Cleva

The Vacmaster Bagless Canister Vacuum Portable Cyclonic Corded Vacuum Cleaner with Washable HEPA Filter & Automatic 16ft Cord Rewind Included 2.5L Dust Cup for Tiles, Hard Floor and Pet Hair is the best value in canister vacuums. The Vacmaster bagless model is the best vacuum we tested for pet hair. If you want a canister vacuum with automatic cord rewind, this is it.

The only portable vacuum with a HEPA filter, the Vacmaster Bagless Canister Vacuum Cleaner, has a bigger dust cup than others we tested, so that you can clean for longer without emptying it. It's also lightweight, but with a full suite of convenient features, including the automatic cord rewind, the automatic shut off, and the dust sensor, so it's easy to maneuver around corners and get into tight spots. This vacuum cleans floors as well as it cleans upholstery (our lab test showed it cleaned 187 percent of the dust on our floor, as compared to 172 percent for the Bissell Crosswave and 140 percent for the Bissell 2Q). It also has nice, long hose attachments, so it's easier to reach furniture and other hard-to-reach areas. The Vacmaster is quiet (unless you turn it on) and it's easy to empty the dust cup, and it's cheaper than most of the other vacuums we tested, so that's a good bonus. Overall, we think the Vacmaster Bagless Canister Vacuum Cleaner is a great value.

Bissell Hard Floor Expert Multi-Cyclonic Bagless Canister Vacuum, 1547 - Corded

Bissell Hard Floor Expert Multi-Cyclonic Bagless Canister Vacuum, 1547

by BISSELL HOMECARE INC.

The Bissell Hard Floor Expert is the best corded canister vacuum cleaner we tested. It has excellent suction and power and is light even for heavier cleaning jobs.

The Bissell Hard Floor Expert Multi-Cyclonic Bagless Canister Vacuum is much quieter than most uprights, and its long power cord (18 feet) makes it easy to clean large spaces. The hard floor turbine foot agitates dirt as you clean, so you don't need to go over the same parts twice. It's especially good at picking up smaller particles of dirt. The hose is 7 inches long, so cleaning stairs and hard-to-reach areas is easy. The suction was strong across all floor surfaces we test, and it seems to be more powerful than the competition, which makes sense if you're cleaning a lot of carpeting (which this vacuum is not intended for). The canister is well-designed, too. The dirt bag is easy to empty, but it's difficult with the included beater bar attached, which weighs up to 15 pounds. Fortunately, you can detach the bar from the vacuum, which makes emptying the bag much easier.

Eureka NEU522 FloorRover Dash Upright Pet Vacuum Cleaner, Swivel Steering for Carpet and Hard Floor, Bagless, Deep Ocean

Eureka NEU522 FloorRover Dash Upright Pet Vacuum Cleaner

by Eureka

Eureka's NEU522 FloorRover Dash upright is a lightweight, easy-to-use upright vacuum that's best for pet owners. It eliminates pet hair and dirt from sofas and its swivel steering makes it easy to get around furniture. Our experience of the floorRover was surprisingly positive: It's an in-expensive, good performing machine.

The Eureka NEU522 FloorRover Dash Upright Pet Vacuum Cleaner goes the extra mile to clean everything from carpet to bare hardwood. It's the only upright vacuum in our roundup that has an all-angles tool for reaching the tight spaces in between furniture and wall-to-wall carpeting. At 5.6 lbs, it's one of the lightest uprights we tested, so it's fairly easy to maneuver on stairs. The vacuum has an on/off button and an on/off button with an indicator light, and it comes with a 33-foot power cord. It performed well on carpet, especially on thick pile, and our dog-haired editor even used it to clean her wood floors. The Amazon reviewers who give this vacuum a full five-star rating say it works well on stairs, and it does. One reviewer commented, “I absolutely love this vacuum. I have two dogs, and this vacuum cleans both of them, their crate, and their mats all at the same time.” It takes some maneuvering to make it work on carpet, but it works and works well. It also has enough suction and a long enough cord to clean hardwood floors, which our dog-hair editor appreciated. For the price (around $200), this vacuum is adequate but not great. If you are looking for a vacuum that works well on carpet and hardwood and don't mind spending a little more, consider the Bissell PowerEdge Pet Pro.

Bissell Powergroom Multicyclonic Bagless Canister Vacuum - Corded - 1654

Bissell Powergroom Multicyclonic Bagless Canister Vacuum

by BISSELL HOMECARE INC.

At the higher end of our price range, the Bissell Powergroom 1654 gives you a solid number of features, including fingertip controls, a motorized brush roll, and a dirt tank with easy emptying.

The Bissell Powergroom Multicyclonic Bagless Canister Vacuum is one of the best bagged canister vacuums on the market, especially for larger homes. It has a very good balance of suction power, versatility, and maneuverability, and it works well on both hard surfaces and carpets. It is a little difficult to maneuver in small spaces, and the long main handle can make tight turns a little awkward, but that's the price you pay for a canister vacuum that's bulky enough to get into corners and under furniture. The cord is 8 feet long, which may be too long for some households, but it's long enough to avoid constantly unplugging and re-plugging the vacuum every time you need to vacuum up a big pile. We were also impressed by the amount of dust and debris the Bissell was able to remove from our carpet, especially on hard floors. A 15x multicyclonic technology offers strong suction and helps keep the filters cleaner for longer. The dirt cup has a capacity of 2 liters and is easy to access, fill, and clean. The vacuum comes with a crevice tool, a dusting brush, a pet cleaning brush, a nozzle extender, and a pet upholstery tool. It also has the Edge Clean Comfort System, which vacuums along baseboards and walls. The Bissell Powergroom Multicyclonic Canister Vacuum makes vacuuming easier and allows you to spend more time on the things you really love.

ORECK XL COMMERCIAL Upright Vacuum Cleaner, Bagged Professional Pro Grade, For Carpet and Hard Floor, XL2100RHS, Gray/Blue

ORECK XL COMMERCIAL Upright Vacuum Cleaner

by Oreck Commercial

This vacuum is lightweight, hard to maneuver, and comes without the tools most users will need. It doesn't have many of the features other cordless vacuums come with, either.

The ORECK XL Commercial upright vacuum is lightweight enough to maneuver easily, yet has the power and suction to tackle any mess. It has a longer onboard hose and wand than some models we tested, which makes it easier to reach higher areas, but its 6-foot power cord is less convenient. On the plus side, it has a powerful, balanced 15 amp motor. A short, 12-foot power cord makes it easier to store upright, and like the high-end Oreck XL Commercial XL3000, the XL2100 features a large, 5.3-gallon capacity dust canister, which offers 4 times the capacity (and dust time) of other upright vacuums. The ORECK XL Commercial XL2100 also has a larger-capacity dust canister, and its 20 amp motor provides more suction, so it's great for homes with pets. Other convenient features include an automatic cord rewind for easy storage, a swiveling, 10-foot hose, and telescoping wand, which makes cleaning stairs and couches easier. It's also quieter than most upright vacuums, so you won't disturb your sleeping neighbors. The downside: On rough floors, the roller brush tends to jump off the roller brush grooves, and it's hard to get the roller brush to grab on to carpet.

Hoover MAXLife Pet Max Complete, Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner, For Carpet and Hard Floor, UH74110, Blue Pearl

Hoover MAXLife Pet Max Complete

by Hoover

The Hoover MAXLife Pet Max Complete is extremely quiet, but cleaning isn't quite as impressive as with other vacuums.

The Hoover MAXLife Pet Max Complete has a slightly weaker suction than the Shark Navigator Pet's, but it runs a bit longer and is quieter. This cleaner did the best job of removing pet hair from the canister and from couches and chairs in our tests, and it picks up more dirt than many other upright vacuums we tested, yet it's much quieter than most vacuums, even when spinning at high speed. The swivel steering and long 25-foot power cord made it easy to maneuver around the floor in our tests. The MAXLife system delivers better performance than does Shark's, and the filter lasts longer. It has very good suction on both carpet and hard floors and performs well on both surfaces, and it did a great job of picking up pet hair on our testing pillows. The MAXLife system also seems to have better airflow, so suction was consistent in our tests. The vacuum's design is also among the best in this price range, with a swivel steering head, an extra-large dirt cup that is easy to access, a telescopic wand, and a 25-foot power cord. A removable HEPA filter and pet tools make this model the best of the bunch. The Hoover MaxLife Pet Max Complete also has no bags to buy or replace, making it a good value.

Eureka RapidClean Pro Lightweight Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, High Efficiency Powerful Digital Motor LED Headlights, Convenient Stick and Handheld Vac, Essential, White

Eureka RapidClean Pro Lightweight Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

by Eureka

The best cordless vacuum we tested, the Eureka Pro cleans thoroughly, picks up everything from crumbs to cat litter, and is quiet and comfortable to use.

The Eureka RapidClean Pro is significantly lighter than anything else we tested, weighing in at 9 pounds. At 9 inches, it's also the shortest. It was also able to clean the bare floor as well as any of our other cordless options. It picks up all the dirt and debris on our carpet test strip, leaving behind just some pet hair and a moderate amount of dog hair. That's good enough that we'll be giving it another spot in our top picks, along with the Bissell PowerEdge 18, even though the latter is more expensive. The Eureka model's brushroll is a bit stiffer than on our top picks, but it's fine as long as you don't press down on the roller too hard. If you do, you'll end up pushing dirt around instead of pushing it off the carpet. The RapidClean Pro's motor isn't so noisy that you'll worry about waking the neighbors, but it's loud enough that you probably won't want to run it while sleeping. The RapidClean Pro is versatile enough to pick up pet hair and dog hair on stairs and on stairs, plus it's powerful enough to pick up crumbs and paper from tables. It's also a good enough vacuum to pick up dust and crumbs from couches and counters.

BISSELL Cleanview Swivel Rewind Pet Upright Bagless Vacuum Cleaner, Teal

BISSELL Cleanview Swivel Rewind Pet Upright Bagless Vacuum Cleaner

by Bissell

This Bissell vacuum is our favorite pick for spot-cleaning. The upholstery tool is gentle enough for pet hair, but aggressive enough to pick up pet hair from carpet.

The superior cleaning performance of the Bissell Cleanview Swivel Rewind Pet Upright Bagless Vacuum Cleaner makes it the best vacuum for pet owners who have to deal with pet hair. This vacuum cleans with more suction power than other models, picks up more pet hair, and dries pet hair faster, making it the best vacuum for pet hair. The vacuum uses a bagged or bagless system. The bagless system reduces the amount of dust and dirt that is circulated into the vacuum. The bagged system uses a filter to hold the dirt before pushing the air into the motor. The bagless system is more convenient than the bagged system; however, it does require more frequent bag changes. The vacuum uses a 1.0-liter dirt cup. The dirt cup can be emptied when the dirt cup is full. The vacuum has an on/off switch, and this will turn off all the vacuum's functions. The vacuum has a swivel steering feature. This feature allows the vacuum to turn easier than other models. The vacuum has a triple action brush roll over. This feature cleans the carpet more thoroughly. The vacuum is equipped with a dusting brush. The dusting brush is used to clean the furniture and ceiling fans. The vacuum's swivel steering feature makes cleaning around furniture and obstacles easy. An advanced HEPA filter performs great in capturing allergens.

Hoover WindTunnel 2 Whole House Rewind Corded Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner with Hepa Media Filtration

by Hoover

Hoover's primary competitor Bissell's Bissell Dash Pro vac costs less, but has lower suction and a shorter cord It doesn't have a convenient dusting brush, which Hoover's does.

The Hoover WindTunnel 2 is a corded vacuum that will clean your home's entire floor surface with ease, and it has surprisingly good battery life. This vacuum is quieter than most of our other picks, and while it doesn't reach as far or clean as well on the bare floor, it’s more comfortable to use on low-pile carpets with both a brush roll and a motorized brush roll. The WindTunnel 2 is brilliantly engineered for deep cleaning, and Hepa media filtration ensures that allergens and dust are captured and kept out of the air in your home. The combination of all the cleaning tools, the extended reach, and the soft touch floor head makes it great for cleaning stairs, furniture, and above-the-floor surfaces. Plus, the Hoover WindTunnel 2 has a short power cord, so there are no cords to tangle, wrap, or tape down. The drawback is that the WindTunnel 2 weighs 31 pounds, which makes it a little more difficult to move around, so cleaning more-or-less typical bedroom-sized rooms is a little trickier.

Ovente Electric Bagless Lightweight Canister Vacuum Cleaner 1.5L Dust Cup, Portable Corded Suction Vacuum Machine Easy Clean with Cleaning Tool & Extra Sofa Pet Brush, Black ST2010

Ovente Electric Bagless Lightweight Canister Vacuum Cleaner 1.5L Dust Cup

by OVENTE

Considerations: Although our pick was among the best we've ever tested, it doesn't perform as well as its more expensive competitors. This vacuum comes with a solid handle, flexible hose, and sufficient attachments, but its cord is too short to be useful.

The BestReviews team found that the Ovente ST2010 features plenty of power for picking up pet hair and ground-in dirt, but it's worth noting that it's a bit on the heavy side. That may not be an issue for some users, but if your priority is portability, you may want to look for a lighter weight model. Still, there's a lot to like about Ovente's ST2010, especially its 6-inch cleaning reach, tight 0.3-inch dust container, and 6-foot power cord that's long enough to let you reach on most floor surfaces. This vacuum also boasts bagless convenience, 360-degree swivel casters, an auto-shutoff after half an hour, and a variety of different cleaning attachments, making it a good choice for both spot cleaning floors and cleaning curtains, furniture, car interiors, and upholstery. The ST2010 is easy to maneuver around corners and around furniture, and it does a good job of cleaning carpets. Unfortunately, the 6-inch cleaning reach doesn't clean furniture very well, and we found that it gets stuck around tight corners, so it's worth noting this if you plan to use the vacuum to vacuum your couch, bed, and other furniture. The suction is a bit stronger than the 1200 watts that the ovente claims, so it's worth testing the vacuum in a carpeted area before you use it on the bare floor.

The Ovente ST2620 vacuum does a great job at collecting dust, and it's light enough to lift with its hand-powered suction. Its 3-liter dust compartment is large, and its 16-foot cord isn't long enough to extend away.

The Ovente ST2620 Vacuum Cleaner is a fantastic choice for every home. It produces impressive suction, is lightweight and portable, and it's built well. It even has a translucent dust compartment so you can check on how much dust is in it. It only has one power setting, but that's enough for most cleaning jobs. With 3 channels of suction and a powerful brushroll, this vacuum can clean whole rooms regardless of the surface type. The hoover powerlifter bagged is the most effective machine for pet owners, and we think this vacuum is the best pet vacuum on the market.

The Hoover WindTunnel 3 Max Performance Pet is the best option we have for pet owners who want the convenience of bagless vacuum cleaning but want the added touch of pet tools that can tackle pet hair on furniture and stairs. This vacuum has all of the tools and accessories that you'd need for pet owners, including a multi-reach tangle-free upholstery nozzle, a pet upholstery tool, an ultra-plush pet brush, and a pet power brush. The 3-in-1 nozzle is brilliant, as it easily adapts to different floor types: Wood, laminate, and carpet. The WindTunnel 3's attachments have a tangle-free twist-lock design, so they're easy to store. We also like that the handle has an auto-release button for easy upright storage, and that the handle feels well-balanced. This vacuum has the smallest dust cup on our test, but its design keeps dirt contained, so it has no problem keeping up with daily cleanups. It's easy to steer and has a ton of suction power, so dirt, pet hair, and debris don't stand a chance against this machine. The only caveat is that it's louder than the Dyson DC40 or DC44, but that's a small price to pay for better performance.

Best Cyclonic Vacuum Cleaners 2022 Reviews & Buying Guide

If you are looking to buy an electric vacuum cleaner then there really isn't much choice. It's either a dust mite killer which doesn't do anything else apart from killing dust mites or it's a regular vacuuming machine without any accessories. However, if you want something different and better than those options available on the market right now, here is a collection of cyclone cleaners that you should check out.

A cyclone design vacuums air using centrifugal force rather than suction - creating less pressure on your flooring. This allows a stronger pull on dust particles while minimizing damage to carpets and rugs. Cyclones have been around since the 1940s but they were first popularized during World War 2 when manufacturers had to decrease weight significantly due to shipping restrictions. They became more widespread again during the mid to late 1990s when companies started selling smaller hand held versions. However most people still prefer traditional full size unit which require power cords.

- Buyer's Guide
Cyclonics are small portable devices designed to collect dust from hard surfaces such as floors, carpets, walls, furniture, and objects. They perform cleaning by means of mechanical suction created by rotating fan blades, thus trapping dirt particles inside an enclosed chamber. There are many advantages associated with using cyclonics over traditional vacuums. First off, conventional vacuums require users to lift heavy bags containing dirty air into place. Cyclonics, however, allow users to simply plug them directly into outlets. Another advantage of cyclonics is its ability to remove soil from deep within carpet fibers (up to 3 inches). Traditional vacuums often miss areas underneath rugs and furniture; while cyclonics can pull dirt out of those deeper places. Finally, cyclonic cleaners usually cost much less than comparable models due to reduced parts count, smaller size, fewer attachments, lower operating costs, and fewer filters. For example, it takes about $5 worth of filter material to cover an average sized room under normal household conditions, whereas most cyclonic cleaner only requires about 1/3rd as much! If you want to know everything there is to know about purchasing cyclonic cleaners, then read below. The first thing to understand about cyclonic cleaners is how they operate. These products consist of two major components: A motorized blower unit and a removable bag.

Do all cyclonic vacuums have the same features?

Most Cyclonic Vacuums come standard with several functions including crevice mode, steam cleaning feature, brush cleaning option, and attachments such as dusting brushes and mops which can be added on separately. Some manufacturers offer more advanced options such as adjustable nozzle height, variable air volume control, HEPA filtration system, removable filter bag system, suction power adjustment, tool tray storage compartment, carpet pick-up mechanism, and even remote controls. For most cyclonic types there are three main components; the motor assembly, cyclone basket, and handle wand assembly. All three need to work together effectively to ensure cleanings everytime. The Motor Assembly -

Are there any special considerations when buying a new cyclonic upright vacuum?

If your floor care needs revolve around carpets and rugs, then carpet cleaners really aren't going to make much sense. However, they still have some uses, but only if you're willing to clean hard surfaces too. Handhelds don't tend to suck things into themselves very effectively, so while they'll get dust off stuff on hard floors pretty well, they won't actually pick anything up from a rug. Upright vacuums are not suited either; because they depend on suction power, they cannot pull dirt out of deep furrows.

Should one buy a cyclonic vacuum versus a traditional upright vacuum?

Cyclonic vacuums don't require bagging since they draw dirt into their spinning filter instead. They're generally quieter than traditional vacuums but not always better on carpets due to poor suction. A cyclonic vacuum cleans more thoroughly than its traditional counterpart so you'll have less cleaning overall. If you just want to clean your floors without lifting dust off the carpet, then go ahead and spend the extra money - they're worth every penny!

Can you recommend me some good brands of cyclonic vacuums?

I don't know much about cyclonic vacuum cleaners but here are some general pointers that may apply to other manufacturers' products as well. Cyclonic vacuums are among the most popular types of vacuum cleaners on the market today. They have been around since the 1940s. Cyclones come in many forms such as "uprights", floor mops, hand helds, etc.. Upright vacuums tend to be more versatile than handhelds because they offer better suction power due to being larger. Handhelds generally have less powerful motors because they're smaller and lighter.

What are some things i must consider prior to purchase a cyclonic vacuum?

There are many things to consider when purchasing a Cyclonic vacuum such as what type you want, how much suction power your new machine has, where you plan on using it, etc...

Conclusion

The basic principle behind a cyclonic vacuum cleaner is very similar to a standard upright vacuum. Instead of sucking items through filters they suck them by spinning at high speeds to create strong centripetal forces which pulls fine particles towards the center of the machine where they are trapped between rotating drum surfaces. When these rotors stop moving, the dust particles fall back down onto the base where they collect. Vacuum collectors like the Vax have many different features, such as HEPA filtration that traps 99% of allergens including pollen and pet dander so it's important make sure you read reviews before buying anything. There are a number of other things to consider, including how easy it will be to clean the filter area. Some models may offer interchangeable parts, however, if something falls off after prolonged usage then you might need to replace everything together.
